Alexa Ray Joel

Alexa Ray is an American singer, musician, and songwriter. She is the daughter of singer and songwriter Billy Joel and model Christie Brinkley. Joel is an New York native who has taken after her parents love for music and fashion. Joel formed her own musical group at the age of 19, and toured live to the public for the first time, in Hoboken, New Jersey. Within just a few years she became one of the biggest stars in today's music business. Joel's debut album of extended plays Sketches was released in 2006. Released through Audio Bee record label the EP helped her to find a solid footing in the music industry. Since then, Joel has been performing at numerous live shows and has released numerous singles. Joel is involved in the fashion industry from the time she was a young girl and has appeared at various events for fashion and has performed as a vocalist. In 2018, she was featured on the cover of BELLA magazine's Beauty issue. She was admitted in a hospital on December 2009 after ingesting traumaeel in excess. In the aftermath of her full recovery she said that she never intended to hurt herself.
